2 lbs lean hamburger
One chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic chopped
Brown altogether. In a skillet. Then drain excess fat and add.
2 large cans of stewed tomatoes
1 can Italian tomato paste
21/4 tsp salt
2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup brown sugar
2tbsp garlic
Simmer for two hours.
Shred 3 cups cheddar cheese
Wash cream off of 1 tub of cottage cheese by putting into strainer under running water.
1 cup parm cheese
Layer sauce on bottom of casserole dish.
Then noodles
Cottage cheese
Parm cheese
Shredded cheese
Repeat
Bake 350 degeees for 45-60 minutes
