Steve’s Cinnamon Rolls:
4 C warm milk
4 eggs
2 1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C vegetable oil
1 C sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Mix 2 Tbsp yeast in a 1/2 cup warm water
Add flour into the bowl until the dough is slightly sticky. Make sure the dough doesn’t get too stiff.
Let raise twice, but at least once before rolling out the dough.
When rolling out the dough, Put cinnamon and brown sugar on the dough.
Bake at 350
16 minutes
Frost with regular powdered sugar frosting.
